We intend to leverage the opportunity offered to us and go beyond the basic curriculum of Concur, so that through the regeneration of the square Seneca ALICANTE we provide a cultural icon revive urban life downtown. To do this, we have added two more assumptions, which we consider indispensable: First, that the resulting project will set an icon for the city (element recognizable and identifiable as representing all the same). Pretendemos aprovechar la ocasión que se nos brinda e ir más allá del programa básico del concuros, de manera que a través de la regeneración de la plaza Séneca queremos dotar a ALICANTE de un ICONO CULTURAL que reactive la vida urbana del centro de la ciudad.Para ello, hemos añadido dos premisas más, que consideramos irrenunciables: En primer lugar que el proyecto resultante se configure en un icono para la ciudad (elemento reconocible e identificable por todos como representativo de la misma). En segundo lugar, que dicho elemento debe reactivas la vida cultural de la ciudad y colocarla en el primer plano mundial del entorno artístico y de la cultura urbana y suburbana.
