Project description

Our research is focused first on the patterns and sequences characteristic of arboreal cultivation areas and later reverses the process and raises a progressive naturalization of environment, "deprogramming" the system and promoting a lemon wild growth. Thus, what starts as a uniform serial grid ends up with variable rates, concentrations and empty ... This gradual irregularización of the plot goes hand in hand with what represents the main purpose of the proposal, involving the insertion of a housing development between the regular grid and its evolution to the successive changes occurring in the grid array. 

Nuestra propuesta investiga en un primer lugar sobre los ritmos y seriaciones que caracterizan las zonas de cultivo arborícola para posteriormente invertir el proceso y plantear una progresiva naturalización del entorno, “desprogramando” el sistema y promoviendo un crecimiento salvaje del limonar. De esta manera, lo que comienza siendo una retícula seriada y homogénea acaba presentado ritmos variables, concentraciones y vacíos... Esta progresiva irregularización de la trama va pareja con lo que representa el objeto fundamental de la propuesta, consistente en la inserción y desarrollo de una vivienda entre la retícula regular y su evolución ante los sucesivos cambios que se producen en al malla matriz.
