The island has an organization based on a circulation perimeter radial cutting relations MOUNTAIN MAR. La isla tiene una organización basada en una circulación perimetral que corta las relaciones radiales MAR- MONTAÑA. Nosotros pretendemos revitalizar ducha comunicación asociándola al medio natural a través de unos elementos que no dejen una huella profunda en el territorio y que potencie y “promueva” el paisaje y el medio natural de la isla. Esta estrategia de actuación territorial es extensible a toda la isla y facilita tres grandes objetivos: promover la exportación, controlar el tráfico de productos y su almacenaje y ordenar el territorio a diversas escalas. Concebimos el entorno natural como un ENTE DINÁMICO que puede y debe dialogar con su entorno inmediato, en el que se interviene, creando nuevos SISTEMAS DE RELACIÓN y de entendimiento del PAISAJE, que demuestren que el límite entre lo natural y artificial es cada vez más difuso. Creemos que es posible promover un TURISMO DINÁMICO y activo sin que resulte agresivo con el medioambiente y que potencie los RECURSOS del entorno en el que se enclava..trabajar con la LUZ, la SOMBRA, el VIENTO, la SAL...
