Project description

The reform of the own house always places an architect between a challenge and a problem...On one hand it seems the most adapted stage for the experimentation but on the other hand, it is necessary more than ever to look for the functionality, the economy of means and resources and the agreement with the client (the toughest ever)...Generally we are our worst enemy!  The final aim was to transform a house in a home, looking especially for a luminous space, flowed and warm.

La reforma de la propia vivienda siempre coloca a un arquitecto entre un reto y un problema...Por una parte parece el escenario más adecuado para la experimentación y por otra, es necesario más que nunca buscar la funcionalidad, la economía de medios y recursos y el acuerdo con el cliente (el más duro que jamás encontrarás)...Generalmente somos nuestro peor enemigo!  El objetivo final era transformar una vivienda en un hogar, buscando sobre todo un espacio luminoso, fluido y cálido.
