Se busca responder tanto en materiales como en configuración funcional y espacial a las necesidades e implicaciones de su entorno específico, investigando los “resquicios” creativos dentro de la normativa urbanística.
Project description
We confront complicated conditions, both environmental and legal. While attempting to get the maximum floor area, the plot takes a strange configuration that requires an imaginative response choose to generate a resolute and effective project through a variable volume with large overhangs.
Nos encontramos con unas condiciones complicadas, tanto a nivel de entorno como a nivel normativo. Al intentar obtener la máxima edificabilidad, la parcela adopta una extraña configuración que requiere optar por una respuesta imaginativa que genere un proyecto resolutivo y efectivo a través de una volumetría variable con grandes voladizos.
