Project description

This project includes an ambitious plan of regeneration of the whole urban environment across the improvement of its principal Avenue. The intervention includes: the restructuring of the streets and causeway, the generation of a linear Park along the whole intervention, and the renovation and update of the street furniture. We raise a global solution, which across a general scheme is able to to give response to the different deficient situations that have been detected, by means of an elegant and strict diagnosis, to reach a final homogeneous and homogeneous configuration and, at the same time to provide the city of the singular and unique character.

Este proyecto abarca un ambicioso plan de regeneración de todo un entorno urbano a través de la mejora de su Avenida principal. La intervención incluye: la reestructuración del acerado y calzada, la generación de un Parque lineal a lo largo de toda la intervención, y la renovación y actualización del mobiliario urbano. Planteamos una solución global, que a través de un esquema general sea capaza de dar respuesta a las distintas situaciones deficientes que se han detectado, mediante de un diagnóstico cuidado y estricto de las mismas, para llegar a un configuración final homogénea y particular al mismo tiempo que dote a la ciudad de un carácter singular y único.
