Project description

The proposal tries to generate city with the project itself. For that, the building is conceived from the beginning by the limits that define the construible area of the plot, being twisted and being regenerated up for provoking a clear alignment with the preexisting buildings. This generates a macrobuilding that works as a whole entity with the same skin based on the game of opposites. Nevertheless, each of the buildings presents a specific adjustment to the program and to the spatial, light needs, of activity, schedule or control of each one of them.

La propuesta pretende generar ciudad con la intervención. Por ello el edificio viene concebido desde su inicio por los límites que definen el área construible de la parcela, retorciéndose y regenerándose hasta provocar una alineación clara con los edificios pre-existentes. Se genera un macroedificio que se trata como un todo con una misma piel basada en el juego de contrarios. Sin embargo, cada uno de los edificios presenta una adaptación específica al programa y a las necesidades espaciales, lumínicas, de actividad, horario o control de cada uno de ellos.
