Project description

We consider that it’s fundamental the creation of spatial systems that foment new possibilities of use and relation of the buildings and their environment, so that they do not end up by being just boxes of bedrooms with a green space independent and with no relationship with the housing. Our proposal affects in creating an intermediate space between the housings and the outer space of the street or of the garden. A space directly associated at the edge of access of the housing, of a measured dimension, just for a few deck chairs in the terrace or to meet in a few neighbours behind…

Consideramos fundamental la creación de sistemas espaciales que fomenten nuevas posibilidades de utilización y relación de los edificios y su entorno, de manera que no acaben siendo únicamente cajas de dormitorios con un espacio verde anexo independiente y sin relación con la vivienda. Nuestra propuesta incide en crear un espacio intermedio entre las viviendas y el espacio exterior de la calle o del jardín. Un espacio directamente asociado a la puerta de acceso de la vivienda, de una dimensión acotada, la justa para sacar unas tumbonas a una terraza o encontrarse en unos bancos con el vecino de enfrente…
